Free swap shop, food bags, lunch and activities for families at our open days next week

We are launching a new programme for families to help you:

• Connect with others

• Improve your mental health and wellbeing

• Develop skills

• Reach your personal goals and aspirations.

Come and join us and find out more about the programme at our fun open days on Tuesday 25th, Wednesday 26th and Thursday 27th January from 10am to 2pm. You can chat to staff about the Family Connect Moving On Up programme and sign up for activities starting from February 1st.

Open days will also have:

• A Free Clothes swap-shop

• 100 free bags of food shopping for eligible families Free lunch, tea and coffee

• Taster activities and a chance to meet activity leaders
