Audience/Participant Feedback
We may collect audience/participant feedback following events via a post-show survey link to all attenders in order to continually monitor and improve visitor experience. This feedback is collected on the Arts Council Culture Counts platform or via Microsoft Forms. Responses to the survey are kept on a secure server. We may also conduct research to gather data in order to better understand our audiences, participation in this is optional and information about how it will be used will be included in the survey.
On occasions we may share anonymised feedback with third party funders, and any information provided by customers in the survey via which they could be identified will be removed. Anonymous positive feedback may be used for future promotion of Liverpool Lighthouse activities, services and events. Email addresses sent in feedback will not be shared with external companies or promoters unless permission is specifically given.

Footage is stored securely and automatically deleted after 3 months, unless required for investigation. Signage is displayed onsite. Access is limited to authorised staff and may be shared with authorities if necessary.

You do not have to provide us with any information, but if you do not you will be unable to sign up to our mailing list, or access certain services or activities. We will also be unable to contact you for any reason, which could include event or activity changes or cancellations.
How long will you keep this data for and why?
Unless you ask us not to, we will use our legitimate interests to tell you about events and opportunities to support us for up to three years after your attendance at a Liverpool Lighthouse event or activity.
