About the event
We are excited to invite you to our next Lighthouse Community Cinema screening, "The Lion King" sing-a-long on the 27th May at 11am.
Join us for the remarkable adventure of Simba, a lion cub who “just can’t wait to be king”.
Sing along to your favourite songs with on-screen lyrics as you watch this fun, family-friendly film.
Our live hosts will lead us in our cheers, boos and singing and then it’s over to you to enjoy the film and sing along to the lyrics on screen.
Fancy dress is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged! We're looking forward to seeing the whole animal kingdom at our venue, so crack out those costumes and facepaints.
About the film:
Set in Africa, the Lion King tells the story of Simba, a lion cub, who is the heir to the kingdom, firstborn child of Mufasa, the king. The film follows Simba through tragedy and triumph, navigating villians, grief, friendship and true love as he grows into adulthood and learns what it takes to be a king.
