Exciting refurbishment project! Fresh, comfortable and access-friendly new loos

We were delighted to receive funding from Allchurches Trust to make our building and facilities more accessible and enjoyable for young people. We are putting some of this funding towards our downstairs toilets a nicer place to visit! Regular visitors will know that the current toilets are badly in need of a little TLC. When the project is completed, not only will going to the loo at Liverpool Lighthouse be a much better experience, but we will have better facilities for our disabled participants, and better places for changing costumes for young artists performing at our venue.

While the work is underway there will be a few restrictions, so we are reducing our programme, just for a couple of weeks to make sure we have toilet access for everyone who needs it. Activities that will be continuing include:

  • ESOL classes Tuesday and Wednesdays on the usual times, this is 10 - 12pm on Tuesday and 10:30 - 12pm on Wednesdays for beginners.

  • Bliss pantry Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12 - 3pm

  • Buttons and Bobbins, Thursdays from 1pm - 3pm
