Liverpool Lighthouse is now providing a variety of arts activities for the Anfield community that help support mental health and wellbeing.
If you are struggling with your mental health, feeling stressed, down or anxious, we are here to offer practical support and fun, uplifting creative activities. There's a great choice of activities, some to help you manage stress, some to help you build your confidence, all of them will help you let out your inner creativity and have fun.
Come and have a chat with us, find out about the practical help you can get and have a no-commitment taster to the activities you might be interested in.
The activities run EVERY Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays from 10am till 2:30pm each day. We have activities for adults only and activities that will include babies or pre-school children.
