Liverpool Lighthouse provides up-to-date and comprehensive information, advice and guidance in relation to courses, progression routes, employability, and is tailored for our clients / learners. Our advisers are dedicated to providing a first-rate and confidential service to all clients offering impartial information, advice and guidance. We work in close partnership with other organisations to ensure our learners receive the best possible support available.
What We Offer
We offer a range of learner support for ESOL, young people and adults. Our experienced and qualified staff will speak to you in confidence; treating you equally; offering you impartial information, advice and guidance at all times.
What You Can Expect From Us
Qualified and experienced staff, who will talk, interview or informally support you, capable of giving you relevant information, advice and guidance allowing you the opportunity of explaining your needs and we will provide the support to help you achieve your goals.
- Getting in: Explanation of services available to clients/ learners and the induction process
- Getting on: Interim reviews on progress and continued programme support
- Moving on: Provision of options in relation to the next steps and any further personal development

Your Comments on our Service
We encourage and welcome suggestions and feedback on our service which we receive by:
- Evaluation forms at various stages, project focus groups
- One to one client/learner interaction
We also have a formal complaints policy which will be followed in the event of any complaint raised. If you would like more information on this, then please speak to a member of staff, who will guide you through the process.
